Notice for Annual General Meeting July 15, 2020 at 7:00pm

The Omemee Curling and Recreation Centre, Board of Directors, has decided to go ahead with a modified Annual General Meeting on Wednesday July 15, 2020 at 7pm.

Members will be able to access the meeting from the comfort of their own home. We will be holding the meeting over ZOOM, a virtual meeting software. To register to attend this meeting, click on this LINK and fill out the registration form.

Following your registration, complete instructions will be sent to you via email days prior to the AGM.

If between now and July 15th we find out that a limited number of people can access the Curling Centre we will continue to do the virtual meeting with a possible number of members present.
